At times, the trip planning services given by Divas B Trippin', also known as DBT Travel Concierge, are completely free. We receive compensation from the cruise lines, tour operators, resorts, and hotels that you choose for your trip.

 

However, for more complex, multi-faceted travel arrangements, we do charge a travel planning fee. Our justifications for charging this fee are as follows:

 

Expertise and Time: To create perfect itineraries requires significant knowledge of destinations, along with substantial time and effort. This fee allows us to dedicate ample resources to create outstanding travel experiences.

 

Professional Services: The fee reflects our professional approach, as travel planning to us is more than bookings; it's about providing comprehensive, personalized service.

 

Protection and Security: The fee aids in managing unexpected situations like cancellations, ensuring that both we and the customer are covered.

 

Recognition of Value: We do more than just book your trip. We advocate for you to secure the best deals and upgrades. The fee acknowledges this additional value.

 

Compensation for Transactions: The fee supports us in making necessary bookings that have low or no commission, ensuring the success of your trip.

 

Travel Planning Fee Schedule

Fee less than 5 Passengers:  $75

 

Fee 5+ Passengers: $125

 

Travel 10+ Passengers: $250

 

Additional Fee's

 

Airline Ticketing:  

$35 (Domestic flights and Coach) per ticket

 

$100 (International flights and/or Business/First Class) per ticket

 (This applies for the outbound and return flight. Should we need to purchase separate intra-country air flights then the fee below will be added for those additional legs

of the flight.)

 

$50 Intra-country per ticket.

 

Our airline ticketing fees are Non-Refundable under any circumstance. Should the airline request our fee back in order to refund a cancelled ticket then you agree to reimburse us for our fee. 

 

The determination of your fee occurs during your initial consultation. This fee will be requested before we present your customized proposal for preview. We request payment of the fee at the time of your proposal review consultation.

 

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have diligently described the trip I wish to undertake. I have done my utmost to provide accurate spellings of names and precise birth dates for myself and any accompanying travelers. I am aware and accept that it is my duty to verify the correctness of these details upon finalization of the booking and to notify DBT Travel Concierge about any necessary corrections in a timely manner. Moreover, I acknowledge and understand the possibility of incurring additional fees, as described above, during the usage of your travel agency services.
